How to consume BioTechUSA Black Blood CAF+ powdered drink?

Mix 2x1 serving of powder (2x7.5 g = 2x1.5 measuring spoons) in a shaker with 2x100 ml of water. Take 1 serving 15 minutes before training and 1 serving during training. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.

Ayer, antes de entrenar después del trabajo, pensé en probar a ver cómo funciona. Unos 15 minutos antes de entrenar, bebí una ración disuelta en 400 ml de agua, sabor cola. El sabor no estaba mal, pero creo que los 400 ml de agua no fueron suficientes, porque la consistencia era muy almibarada, así que lo diluí un poco. Empecé a calentar y a entrenar de espalda. Sentí que durante el entrenamiento realmente empezó a girar como debería, incluso lo presioné demasiado.
